Qishan Campus of Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University is the new core campus of Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University in Fuzhou University Town. The campus is located in the University City Park of Minhou County, Fuzhou, with Xiyuangong Road in the north and Qishan in the southwest. Xiyuan River winds eastward along the campus with beautiful scenery, which is 10 km away from Jinshan main campus.
The campus covers an area of 832 mu, and the planned total construction area of the school building is about 360,000 square meters. The first and second phases have been completed and put into use with an area of about 265,438+0,000 square meters. Qishan Campus will build the road network and landscape skeleton of the campus with the structure of "one heart, three axes and four groups". With ecology as the core, landscape as the carrier and space as the feature, we will build a garden-style ecological campus environment in which man and nature live in harmony.
20111the National People's Congress Standing Committee (NPCSC), Vice Chairman Yan Juanqi and other leading comrades personally laid the foundation stone for the campus and started the construction of Qishan campus. On June 20 16, 10, the opening ceremony of the campus was officially held, which marked that our school entered a new stage of simultaneous operation of the four campuses and joint efforts to support the development of school-running connotation.
Qishan Campus and Jinshan Campus are both core campuses, which cooperate and support each other. They mainly undertake the three functions of undergraduate and high-level personnel training, high-tech research and development, scientific and technological achievements incubation and technology transfer, and are an indispensable part of the school's construction of high-level universities.
