Lu Weiming, Professor of Xi Jiaotong University, Head of the Department of Political Science, School of Humanities. /kloc-born in October, 1964, from Xiangshan, Zhejiang. 1984 graduated from the history department of Hangzhou University (now Zhejiang University) with a bachelor's degree in history; 1987 graduated from the political department of Hangzhou University with a master's degree in law.
