The admission criteria of the University of Wisconsin-Oakland are very strict, and its ESL language course is known as the strictest in the United States.

TOEFL score of 79 or IELTS score of 6.5 or above is exempt from matriculation. If it is not enough, you can enter undergraduate study through ESL language course.

The average admission score of the American College Entrance Examination Act is 24+ writing scores (only Madison and Oakland in the University of Wisconsin system require writing scores).
