Wenzhou Institute of Technology is a public undergraduate school (formerly Oujiang College of Wenzhou University). The school has two campuses, namely Binhai Campus and Chashan Campus.

Binhai Campus: The new campus has six teaching buildings, two track and field venues, a library, a martial arts hall and an art and sports center. The dormitory is a six-person dormitory, with separate bathrooms, dry and wet separation, beds and tables. There is an indoor snack street next to the dormitory building, surrounded by Jinhaihu Park, and further away is wanda plaza.

Chashan Campus: The old campus, located in Chashan University Town and Wenzhou University, enjoys canteens and libraries. The dormitory has six bedrooms and four bedrooms with separate bathrooms. There are Chuangronghe Commercial Plaza and snack street around.
