I. Mobilization targets and work arrangements

Arrange to work in the party and government organs of provincial units (including government units), some cities (States) and counties (cities, districts) in Qinghai Province.

When filling in the position volunteers, each candidate can fill in three volunteers, and the position volunteers are ladder volunteers. It is not allowed to apply for and transfer civil servants to the positions listed in Article 74 of the Civil Service Law.
(2) Organization recommendation. (8) recruitment publicity. According to the investigation, the personnel to be transferred shall be publicized. If there is no objection to the publicity, a tripartite employment agreement for college graduates will be signed. After the signing of the agreement, if the transfer is abandoned, it will be listed as the object of joint punishment for dishonesty. During the publicity period, if candidates choose to give up, they will give priority to the replacement candidates for the same position according to their voluntary application for the position. If there is no replacement candidate, the adjustment shall be made according to the following principles: 1. For positions with professional requirements, candidates who meet the professional requirements will be given priority and replaced according to their grades. 2. For positions with professional requirements but no candidates meet the requirements, they can be adjusted according to the vacant positions, the needs of employers and the wishes of candidates. 3. If the comprehensive scores are the same, the ranking will be determined by the written test results.

Four. Relevant policies
1. According to relevant regulations, one-time incentive funds will be issued.
2. After formal employment, go through the recruitment procedures for civil servants, with a probation period of 1 year. After the probation period expires, they will be graded according to the grading regulations for newly hired civil servants; Unqualified, cancel the employment.
3. Selected Graduates's minimum service life in Qingdao is 5 years (including probation period), and he has signed the Minimum Service Life Agreement of Selected Graduates with the employer. If you are transferred to work outside the province during the service period, you will not retain your status as a civil servant and refund the one-time incentive funds and other expenses.
4. Applicants are not required to pay registration fees and medical examination fees.
5. After arriving at the post, Selected Graduates will be arranged to exercise at the grassroots level for at least 2 years, and at least work in the village 1 year.
