CET-6 (also known as CET-6) is a national examination set, charged and organized by the state, which is used to evaluate candidates' English ability. It is held twice a year.
As a national teaching test, CET-6 is sponsored by the Ministry of Education of People's Republic of China (PRC) and held twice a year. From June, 2005, 5438+ 10, out of 7 10. Candidates whose test scores are above 220 will be sent by the National College English Band 6 Examination Committee entrusted by the Ministry of Education of People's Republic of China (PRC). From June 5438+ 10, 2007, CET-6 will no longer accept students who are not in school.
The role of six levels:
1. College English Test provides an objective description of the English level of college students in China every year. Because modern educational statistical methods are widely used in CET-6 and scores are treated equally, the significance of scores in previous exams remains unchanged.
2. Because the CET-6 adopts the normal grading system, the results published after each exam contain a lot of information, which becomes the dynamic basis for the decision-making of educational administrative departments at all levels, and also provides feedback information for schools to take measures to improve teaching quality according to their own school's actual situation.
3. CET-6 has formed a complete system from proposition, examination, examination organization, statistical analysis to result release. This is a large-scale exam carefully organized in strict accordance with the quality requirements of standardized exams.
