Recruitment target and registration conditions

Recruitment targets are mainly normal majors, supplemented by non-normal majors; Full-time undergraduate graduates are the main ones, supplemented by college graduates (teachers' majors); Mainly fresh graduates, supplemented by previous graduates. Recruited in-service special post teachers cannot apply for the exam. The specific requirements are as follows:

(1) Recruitment Target

1. Graduates from normal universities and other full-time institutions of higher learning.

2. Graduates from normal colleges (primary education majors) and other full-time ordinary colleges and universities.

3. Full-time college graduates who have obtained teacher qualifications, have more than half a year's practical experience in education and teaching, and are under the age of 30, as well as full-time normal college graduates majoring in minority language teaching (limited to applying for minority language teaching positions under the provincial plan).

4. Volunteers who have participated in rural projects such as the "Three Supports and One Support Plan" and have teaching experience and graduates from normal universities who have participated in internship and teaching for more than half a year are given priority under the same conditions.

5. Among the fresh graduates of Yanbian University, Beihua University and Jilin Normal University, candidates who have obtained the qualification of the national "Master of Education Training Program for Rural Schools".

(2) Registration conditions

The applicant shall also meet the following conditions:

1. Ideological and moral status. Support the leadership of China * * * production party, love the motherland, adhere to the party's line, principles and policies, and have good ideological and political quality and moral quality; Abide by the law, love rural education, consciously abide by the "Teachers' Professional Ethics Code" and be a model for others.

2. Education. Applicants for junior high school teacher positions must have a full-time undergraduate degree or above; Those who apply for the post of primary school teacher should have graduated from full-time teachers' college (including five-year primary education college at the starting point of junior high school) and above; To apply for the "provincial plan" position of minority language teaching, the academic qualifications can be relaxed to the full-time graduates of previous normal universities with corresponding majors. Under the same conditions, bachelor degree or above is preferred.

The professional requirements of candidates for primary and secondary school positions correspond to or are similar to the disciplines of the positions they apply for, and previous graduates must have the teacher qualifications corresponding to the disciplines of the positions they apply for.

3. Mandarin level. The applicant's Putonghua level must reach Grade B or above in the Standard of Putonghua Proficiency Test Grade issued by the State Language Committee, the applicant's Chinese subject post reaches Grade A or above, the minority teachers reach Grade A or above, and obtain the Putonghua Proficiency Test Grade Certificate.

4. Physical condition. According to the "General Standard for Civil Servants' Employment Physical Examination (Trial)" issued by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the Ministry of Health, it has good physical and psychological quality, good health, no infectious diseases and no history of mental illness, which meets the needs of education and teaching.

5. Education and teaching ability. Have the necessary ability and quality to engage in education and teaching, master and apply the basic theories and skills of education and teaching, and be competent for the education and teaching of recruitment positions.
