The University of Hong Kong, Chinese University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, City University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Hong Kong Baptist University, Lingnan University, Hong Kong Institute of Education and eight other higher education institutions are all funded. The Committee will increase or decrease the amount of funding according to the development of schools and the quality of education in the institution.
