On the premise that Tsinghua University provides sufficient teaching resources for our students and ensures the normal teaching order in the school, in order to better realize its social service function, some courses can be attended by non-school students. The specific audit provisions are as follows:

First, to participate in student qualification requirements

Undergraduate students should have graduated from high school (or equivalent) or above.

Participants in postgraduate courses should have graduated from university (or equivalent) or above, and generally should be graduate students from other institutions and research units. The unit should have an agreement with Tsinghua University Graduate School or related departments (the department agreement should be filed in the graduate school. Before the start of each semester, the graduate school provides the registration center with a list of cooperative units.

Second, the audit method.

There are two auditing methods: A and B.

Class A: Observers attend lectures and cram schools, teachers are responsible for answering questions and correcting homework, and take exams at the end of the course. The auditor will receive the Chinese audit report card from the registration center after meeting with the auditor in the third week of next semester.

Class B: Observers only attend lectures and do not participate in other teaching links such as experiments, computers and exams. Teachers are not responsible for answering questions and correcting homework. Class B audit does not provide attendance certificates such as audit transcripts.

Third, to participate in handling requirements

1. Off-campus personnel should hold a letter of introduction, academic credentials and bareheaded photos from the neighborhood office where the unit or household registration is located, fill in the audit application form, pay the audit fee and accept the side hearing.

2. The teaching and administrative staff of our school participate in the audit procedures with the letter of introduction from the unit, the work permit of Tsinghua and the bareheaded photo signed by the deputy director of the Personnel Department.

3. Those who apply for a master's degree with the same academic qualifications must go through the examination procedures with a copy of the notice and bareheaded photos issued by the Degree Office of Tsinghua University Graduate School.

4. The time for going through the audit procedures every semester is generally arranged in the first week of formal school. Overdue, will not be dealt with.

Fourth, the audit fee standard

Approved by the Tsinghua University Municipal Fees Committee, the audit fees are as follows:

Fees for off-campus personnel to participate in the audit.

1, Class A audit is charged according to the standard of 300 yuan per credit; Class B audit is charged according to the standard of 120 yuan per credit.

2. Foreign language courses generally do not accept outsiders to attend, and only accept Class A attendance after special circumstances are approved. Undergraduate foreign language courses are charged according to the 300 yuan standard per credit, and graduate foreign language courses are charged according to the 600 yuan standard per credit.

3. Class A audit courses involve the use of large instruments, experimental equipment and computers. The specific charging standard is determined by the teaching unit or the equipment management unit.

Two, the school staff fees audit

For the faculty and staff of our school, no matter what kind of audit method (Class A or Class B), they are charged according to the 60 yuan standard for each credit.

Verb (abbreviation of verb) specific provisions on audit

1. Take part in the courses of some popular departments in our school, such as architecture school, architecture department, computer department, school of economics and management, foreign languages department, law school, computing center and so on. You need to seek the consent of the starting department and go through the course selection formalities at the registration center with the consent form. All courses in the physical education department, art education center, fine arts college and software college of our school are not allowed to attend.

2. Courses with course selection restrictions are generally not accepted.

3, after the completion of the audit procedure, shall not be withdrawn or replaced. If there are special reasons, the courses with the same credits can be replaced after approval, and the corresponding fees will be charged with reference to the fees for withdrawing classes and making up classes in Tsinghua University.

4. Observers must abide by the regulations of the school, attend classes in designated classrooms according to the approved courses, and may not change to other courses without authorization. Teachers have the right to ask offenders out of the classroom, and report to the registration center, and cancel their audit qualification.

5. No graduation certificate will be issued after the examination, and the examination result cannot be used as proof of applying for a degree in Tsinghua University.

6. Acceptance of audit matters shall be handled by the registration center in a unified way. All departments, teaching and research groups and teachers are not allowed to accept external personnel to audit the courses of our college, and are not allowed to provide external units and individuals with proof of audit results without authorization. Once verified, it will be dealt with seriously.

7. Teachers should properly keep the registration form of this semester's audit results, and submit it to the registration center together with the students' exam results this semester.

Matters needing attention about intransitive verbs

1. When attending a class for the first time, the audience should take the initiative to show the gallery and hand over the Notes for Observers to the teachers.

2. Observers should take care of themselves.

In principle, students who fail to attend the course for more than one time will be disqualified from attending the course next semester.
