Liaoning Jiaotong University is located in the historical and cultural city of Shenyang. Its predecessor was Northeast Jiaotong School, which was founded in 195 1. It is the first specialized school for traffic construction in New China.

2. Shenyang Aviation Vocational and Technical College

On August 20 18, according to the spirit of the 103 meeting of the Standing Committee of the 12th Provincial Party Committee of Liaoning Province, the two universities merged to form Liaoning Vocational College of Ecological Engineering.
Liaoning Vocational College of Ecological Engineering is divided into south campus and north campus. The south campus is located in Sujiatun District of Shenyang (the former site of Liaoning Forestry Vocational and Technical College), and the north campus is located in Shenbei New District of Shenyang (the former site of Liaoning Water Conservancy Vocational College). 5. Liaoning Finance Vocational College
Approved by the People's Government of Liaoning Province, the Ministry of Education registered the only financial vocational college in the province. The school was founded in 1954, and its predecessor was Liaoning Bank School affiliated to China People's Bank and Liaoning Financial Workers College. After 60 years of development, it has extensive social influence and good social reputation in the financial field, and is known as the "cradle of bankers" and "Huangpu Military Academy in the financial sector" in Liaoning.
It has been awarded the titles of "Shenyang Civilized Unit", "Safe Campus" and "Demonstration School of Entrepreneurship Education for College Students" for many years.
