Fuzhou celebrity Chen Jingrun
Chen Jingrun is a Fuzhou native, a famous mathematician and an academician of China Academy of Sciences. He was born on May 22nd in Lailei Village, Chengmen Town, Cangshan District, Fuzhou. 1933. There is a big plaque in the Chen Ancestral Hall in the village-Chen Theorem, which praises Chen Jingrun. The water flow is arbitrary. Matsui Laoqingfengrun is a couplet hung in Chen Jingrun's home with Jingrun's name embedded in it!

? During 1948, Chen Jingrun went to Huaying College in Fuzhou to attend high school. Qihua College is the predecessor of the middle school affiliated to Fujian Normal University, a key middle school in Fujian Province. At that time, Shen Yuan, the director of Tsinghua University Aviation Engineering Department who was stranded in Fuzhou because of the war, was an alumnus of Huaying College. He was invited to give lessons to middle school students in his alma mater. When Shen Yuan was explaining mathematics, he talked about Goldbach conjecture, a famous problem in number theory in the world, and Chen Jingrun, who liked mathematics since childhood.

Later, Chen Jingrun was admitted to the Department of Mathematics and Physics of Xiamen University. 1953 After graduation, as high flyers, she was assigned to be a teacher in a middle school in Beijing. However, his specialty is not teaching others, nor is he good at making friends with others. He likes to explore the world of mathematics. After his illness, he retired home and opened a book stall in Fuzhou. Chen Jingrun's plight was known by Wang Yanan, president of Xiamen University, and he was soon sent back to work in Xiamen University. At the end of 1956, Chen Jingrun, who had written more than 40 papers, was transferred to the Academy of Sciences and began to concentrate on the study of number theory under the guidance of China. Chen Jingrun devoted his whole life to the study of analytic number theory, which made him famous as a representative work of international mathematics, that is, the study of Goldbach conjecture.

During the Cultural Revolution, the manuscript of Chen Jingrun 1 12 was destroyed. He committed suicide by jumping off a building and was later rescued. He began to live a lonely life. 1973, Chen Jingrun completed the simplified proof of 1 12, and the publication of the paper caused a sensation in the international mathematics field! 1 12 means that even numbers can be expressed as the sum of the products of one prime number and no more than two prime numbers, which is an internationally recognized Chen Jingrun theorem. The evaluation of the western scientific community is that he pushes the mountains with his weak body!

1978, Xu Chi published the reportage Goldbach conjecture in People's Daily, making Chen Jingrun a famous scientific research hero in China. 1980, Chen Jingrun was elected as an academician of China Academy of Sciences.

1March, 996, Chen Jingrun died of illness and was buried in Beijing Wanfo Overseas Chinese Cemetery. 1999, China issued stamps to commemorate Chen Jingrun, and an asteroid was named after Chen Jingrun!
