Procedures for signing employment agreements
(1) graduates go to the college student office to get the employment agreement.
(2) After the graduates and the employer reach an employment intention, both parties shall sign and seal the employment agreement.
(3) The employing unit without independent personnel rights shall report the employment agreement signed and sealed by the superior competent department.
(4) The Student Affairs Office of the college to which the graduates belong shall review the employment agreement and report it to the employment guidance center of colleges and universities for the record.
