Hunan University, referred to as "Huda", is located in Changsha City, Hunan Province. It is a national key university directly under the Ministry of Education of People's Republic of China (PRC), and ranks among the national "double first-class", "985 Project" and "21/project". It is the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the Hunan Provincial People's Government.
