Apart from handing out leaflets and waiters, maybe only tutors can make money through their common sense, and the salary is quite high.

Therefore, tutors are more popular with everyone. Communication is one of the most important interpersonal skills. Some college students are not good at getting along with others on campus, so they choose to exercise their abilities according to the method of tutoring. In addition to practicing social media, some college students themselves are also looking forward to entering the education and training industry in the future, so tutoring early now is equivalent to accumulating work experience, which is a good thing for some normal majors, which is why so many students choose to be tutors.

In my work, I must be more aware of the methods in my work. To do a good job, I must keep thinking about finding the right way, not only mechanically, but also my tutor wants me to realize that I have learned a lot about the times, and then I will enter the social development and work in my own post after graduating from college. No matter what I do, I just know more about social development.

At the same time, I do see that there are still many places to be developed in some areas of my technical specialty. Although I can teach ordinary high school students, social workers themselves do have many shortcomings. This tutor let me have more cognitive ability about myself, and let me know that no matter what position I get, I must continue to study, do good things, accumulate experience and get higher gains.
