School history.

1925 (14th year of the Republic of China), people with Li Zongren as the new Guangxi department decided to establish Guangxi University. 1928, the provincial Guangxi University was established, with Huang as the president and Dr. Ma as the first president. 1939 was renamed as National Guangxi University in Guilin. 1950 merged with Nanning Normal University (now Guangxi Normal University). In the same year, the Agricultural College of Guangxi University became an independent Guangxi Agricultural College.
