Baoding has a business school of Hebei University. On October 27th, 2002165438/KLOC-0, the Ministry of Education issued a plan for the transfer of independent colleges, and agreed to terminate the transfer of the School of Business and Technology of Hebei University.

The School of Business and Technology of Hebei University is located in the new campus of Hebei University. With the goal of cultivating high-quality applied talents to serve Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, it is one of the largest comprehensive independent colleges with distinctive teaching characteristics in Hebei Province, offering many disciplines such as literature, science, engineering, economics, law, management and art.

School construction
