First of all, I took part in this election, the purpose is to improve my quality and exercise my ability! In the past year and a half, I have served as monitor, minister and deputy minister of the Organization Department of the Youth League Committee. In my eyes, every post is a stage to exercise yourself and enrich yourself. Therefore, on every stage, I have devoted my most positive attitude towards life and full enthusiasm for work. Since serving as the deputy director of the organization department of the Youth League Committee of the Academy, he has actively cooperated with the minister and completed all the work well. Because I have held these positions, I have some experience in organization and management. In addition to doing a good job in organizing the department, I also organized the college debate team to participate in the first "Science and Technology in Humanities" debate competition of Nantong University and won the first place. I also participated in cultural and sports activities such as "T-type talent platform" and achieved good results. And I also got rich rewards from it: increased life experience, enhanced working ability and improved comprehensive quality!

From a very young age, I knew: do things down-to-earth and step by step. "So, from last year's student union member election to today's vice-chairman election, I deeply feel that the opportunity is hard-won and needs to be cherished. In my opinion, the main responsibility of the vice-chairman of the Student Union should be how to create a better working environment to improve everyone's work enthusiasm, make reasonable overall arrangements for limited manpower and material resources, and ensure the smooth development of all work. At the same time, cooperate with the chairman and deputy secretary of the Communist Youth League Committee to complete various specific tasks and coordinate the work of various departments. This requires him to have a good spirit of cooperation and overall concept. Everything should be based on the overall situation, and everything should be based on collective interests! This requires a high sense of responsibility and hard-working spirit! I am confident that I have the qualities and abilities I should have.

Of course, it is not enough to have self-confidence, but also to have certain ability. From nothing to being able to plan activities independently today, never attending meetings, from bad to good. I have completed every job with confidence and an open mind, and gained a lot of experience from practice, and also learned a lot from the experience of others. I know that a lot of work of the Student Union is very complicated, and many student cadres are very hard, but there are actually many ways to greatly reduce the workload while ensuring the same effect or even improving the effect and efficiency. For example, the organization department used to spend a lot of manpower to collect and count tour fees, but after the change, we only need to collect all payment vouchers, which not only reduces the workload, but also improves the quality of work and greatly reduces the possibility of mistakes. Of course, there are many jobs that can be changed like this. If I am elected as the vice president of the Student Union, I will do a lot of work in this respect, promote the informationization and electronization of the Student Union, make good use of our existing resources, reduce the workload and improve the quality and efficiency of work. Let our student cadres "enjoy it".

In my opinion, the strength of an organization is inseparable from the good personal qualities and perfect coordination of its internal members. If I can be the vice chairman, I will strengthen the internal construction of the student union organization. Let the students look better, and let all departments be more energetic and passionate.

Although the personal quality of student cadres is a sign of organizational progress and innovation. However, in the campus life where a hundred flowers blossom, the key to organizational development is to maintain its own innovation and grasp the direction of progress. As a powerful organization, its internal teamwork and communication with the outside world are the key to keep pace with the times. If I can become the vice president of the student union, communication with the outside world will also become an important aspect of my work.
