At present, there are three campuses enrolling full-time undergraduates: Xipu Campus (No.999, Xi 'an Road, Pidu District, Chengdu, Sichuan Province), Jiuli Campus (North Section of the Second Ring Road in Chengdu, Sichuan Province11), and Chengdu East (International Campus) (Sancha TOD, Chengdu East New District).
Article 3 Type of running a school: public. The school is a national key university directly under the Ministry of Education, a national "double-class" key construction university with a graduate school. Article 4 The enrollment categories of ordinary undergraduate students include: ordinary classes, walk-in students, high-level art troupes, high-level sports teams, art classes, national special plans, special plans of colleges and universities, high school classes in Tibet in the Mainland, high school classes in Xinjiang in the Mainland, preparatory courses for ethnic minorities of the State Ethnic Affairs Commission, and special plans for ethnic minorities in poverty-stricken areas.
Article 5 Ordinary undergraduates who meet the graduation requirements of this major within the prescribed time limit shall be awarded the undergraduate diploma of Southwest Jiaotong University; Those who meet the relevant provisions of the school's degree granting within the specified time will be awarded the bachelor's degree certificate of ordinary higher education graduates.
Article 6 The College Entrance Examination Committee of Southwest Jiaotong University shall be established in the school, which shall be responsible for reviewing the enrollment policies, systems and procedures, establishing a democratic management and supervision mechanism, and safeguarding the fairness and justice of enrollment.

Article 10 Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run schools and projects
(1) Leeds College is a Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run school founded by Southwest Jiaotong University and Leeds University in the United Kingdom with the approval of the Ministry of Education. Civil engineering (Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools), mechanical design, manufacturing and automation (Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools), electronic information engineering (Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools) and computer science and technology (Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools) are four majors with a duration of four years. Students studied in Xipu campus for four years after entering school. Those who pass the examination will be awarded a bachelor's degree certificate from Southwest Jiaotong University, a bachelor's degree certificate from ordinary higher education graduates and a bachelor's degree certificate from Leeds University. Those with excellent academic performance will have the opportunity to study at the University of Leeds in the UK in the third or fourth academic year.
