Article 1 The Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the relevant policies and regulations of the education authorities, in combination with the actual enrollment situation of the school, in order to ensure the smooth enrollment of the school and earnestly safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the school and candidates.

Article 2 These Articles of Association are applicable to the full-time undergraduate enrollment of Zhejiang Gongshang University in 2020.

Article 3 The enrollment work of schools shall be carried out under the "Sunshine Project", following the principles of openness, fairness, impartiality and merit-based, and subject to the supervision of students, parents and society.

Article 10 Zhejiang Gongshang University is a key construction university in Zhejiang Province jointly established by Zhejiang Provincial People's Government, Ministry of Commerce and Ministry of Education. Chapter III Enrollment Plan and Admission Principles

Article 11 Schools recruit students for the whole country, and the enrollment plans shall be subject to the plans announced by the departments in charge of enrollment in all provinces (municipalities directly under the Central Government and autonomous regions).

Twelfth schools to implement the "school is responsible for the supervision of the province (municipality directly under the central government, autonomous region) admissions department" admission system.

Thirteenth schools according to the provinces (cities, autonomous regions) to provide students, determine the transfer ratio. The provinces that implement parallel volunteer shall, in principle, determine the adjustment ratio according to the enrollment plan 1: 1; For non-parallel volunteer provinces, the adjustment ratio is generally controlled within 105% of the enrollment plan.

Article 14 When recruiting new students, there is no limit to the ratio of male to female.

Fifteenth candidates' physical health requirements shall be implemented with reference to the Guiding Opinions on Enrollment Physical Examination of Ordinary Colleges and Universities. In the opinion, it is stipulated that "the school is not allowed to enroll" and "the school-related majors are not allowed to enroll", and the school implementation is "not allowed to enroll".

Sixteenth schools in the admission process, strictly abide by the relevant policies and regulations of the Ministry of Education and the provinces (cities, autonomous regions) in charge of enrollment. Freshmen should be enrolled in accordance with the following principles:

(a) there is no grade difference between professional volunteers, and they are admitted from high score to low score according to the results of the investment.

(2) Those who have the same scores in filing will be selected on the basis of ranking scores, Chinese, mathematics, foreign languages, academic level test scores and comprehensive quality evaluation.

(3) If all the professional volunteers are not admitted, the candidates who have undergone professional adjustment will be admitted from high score to low score according to the planned vacancy.

(4) Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Zhejiang, Shandong, Hainan and other provinces (municipalities directly under the Central Government and autonomous regions) that have reformed the college entrance examination implement the new college entrance examination admission policy, and the majors (categories) reported by candidates should meet the requirements of the selected subjects of the majors (categories).

(5) The necessary conditions for the admission of candidates in Jiangsu Province shall be subject to the announcement of Jiangsu Education Examinations Institute, and the candidates shall be selected according to the principle of "grading first".

Article 17 Candidates who are qualified in both professional courses and cultural courses shall be ranked according to their comprehensive scores when they are admitted (among them, professional scores account for 50% and cultural scores account for 50%; Professional achievements and cultural achievements are converted according to the full score of 750 points and the above sixteenth principle. If there is a province (municipality directly under the central government, autonomous region) admissions department separately stipulates the calculation method of candidates' investment, such provisions shall prevail.

Article 18 English is the official foreign language of the school.

Article 19 The school agrees to and implements the policies on adding points or reducing points formulated by the admissions department of the province (municipality directly under the Central Government or autonomous region) where the candidates are located.

Twentieth schools implement the following awards for candidates to apply for the exam:

(1) Excellent students can enter the innovative experimental class of Zhang Naiqi University. All the students enrolled in the first batch (Paragraph 1) of provinces (municipalities directly under the Central Government and autonomous regions) who meet the selection conditions in the results of college entrance examination, academic level examination and comprehensive quality evaluation can apply to enter the innovative experimental class of Zhang Naiqi University after admission.

(2) Some majors implement large-scale enrollment, and students can choose any major within the professional category after entering school.

Twenty-third ordinary colleges and universities "undergraduate" enrollment work, in accordance with the "Zhejiang Province in 2020, the selection of higher vocational college graduates into undergraduate study" requirements and combined with the relevant provisions of the school. The enrollment work is carried out in accordance with the "four-year higher vocational education" enrollment brochure jointly cultivated by our school and Zhejiang Economic Vocational and Technical College in 2020. Chapter IV Admission Examination, Fees, Awards and Subsidies

Twenty-fifth freshmen admitted to our school should go through the admission formalities at the school within the time limit stipulated by the school; Those who cannot arrive at school on time for some reason should ask for leave from school. If the articles of association are inconsistent with the relevant policies of the state and higher education authorities, the relevant policies of the state and higher education authorities shall prevail.
