Xiaoyun Road, a once distant and unfamiliar street, now I spend most of my time here.
More than ten years ago, when I learned about Laitai flowers, I would come several times a year to take all kinds of flowers home and come back after my death. Every time I come to Laitai, I turn from the East Third Ring Road to Xiaoyun Road, and then to the south is the flower market. In the early years, there was another shop selling porcelain in a row of shops opposite Lai Tai. When we visited there, we saw the famous Ni Ping. At that time, every time I came to Xiaoyun Road, I felt so far away.
When Blue Harbor first opened, it seemed to be the New Year in 2009. I came to participate in the New Year's activities. When leaving the blue harbor at midnight, the lights of Liangmaqiao and Xiaoyun Road are still dim, and the lights are getting weaker and weaker as they go south. Before reaching the basement, the silent son suddenly said, It's like two worlds! Then he comforted himself and said, we are quiet here and suitable for sleeping.
20 16, my son asked for leave from school and came to the American embassy to apply for a visa. The embassy moved from Yabao Road to Tianze Road, which is perpendicular to Xiaoyun Road. We made an appointment for the earliest interview. After the interview, we went to Starbucks in Air China Building for breakfast. At that time, Starbucks had not spread all over Beijing.
Then one day that year, I came to Laitai to buy flowers, parked my car on Xiaoyun Road, and went to Laitai through Netcom Building. Seeing an apartment next to it, I turned on my cell phone, checked the nearest chain store and asked them if there was a suitable house nearby.
In the early spring of the following year, I moved to Xiaoyun Road. A month ago, my college friend who worked in Xiaoyun Road Modern Building for 95 years left the workplace.
I have been familiar with Xiaoyun Road for nearly three years, and friends around me often come to Xiaoyun Road to chat and talk about things. After all, there are not many streets like Xiaoyun Road in Beijing. There are at least four or five Starbucks in a street, and there are a coffee shop, a tea shop and restaurants with various tastes and prices every few meters. The restaurants leading to the west of the network are basically economical, mainly for employees of Air China, Hyundai and Netcom to eat working meals, while to the east, they are of various grades, including Xiaoyunyuan, the French time-honored Fulou and Xiaoyun Food Street, where dozens of restaurants gather and the stores are constantly renamed. The restaurants in Pengrun and HNA Buildings also have their own specialties. The expensive Japanese club downstairs closed a few days after its opening, but the old Tangji on the first floor was lucky enough to catch up with Michelin stars as soon as it opened. At night, all kinds of vehicles gather in the parking lot in front of it, and it is estimated that it will not close down immediately. During the day, people who come to ask for money gather in the downstairs of Netcom Finance, which fell in the 20 19 tide, almost every day. Sometimes standing on the balcony and opening the window, you can hear them shouting in unison: XXX, pay back the money! Police cars also patronize from time to time. Knowing that I live in Xiaoyun Road, my friends will also send the gossip and rumors of the boss of the online letter to the group. Friends who go to the United States and China to give birth, friends who have physical examinations with their families, and friends who go to the Li Xinyuan vegetable market to buy things will all say on WeChat that they will pass by your house immediately. Are you at home? Come out and talk for a while? As the Spring Festival approaches, I will meet some groups of friends in Laitai one day. But this year is different. After repeated rumors, Lai Tai finally closed down and waited for an upgrade. After several years of demolition, the street opposite was changed into a street garden. In other places where I used to live, the grandfathers and grandmothers who danced in the square dance would never let go of such places, but in the evening here, only a few people took a walk occasionally.
On the morning of a working day, office workers gushed out of the Liangmaqiao subway, riding yellow cars or walking to Xiaoyun Road. At three or four o'clock in the afternoon, you can see the school buses of several international schools stop to see the children off. Except in winter, the children's activity area downstairs is full of shouts of children who speak various languages until 8: 00 or 9: 00 in the evening. After work, the yellow cars on Xiaoyun Road will be swept away by people coming out of various office buildings, and then there will be a long queue at the subway entrance, waiting for security check to enter the subway. During the summer vacation, the intern's son came back by subway at night and found that the subway to the east was crowded with people. He is a little curious about where they all live. Xiaoyun Road on weekends is as deserted as Beijing during the Spring Festival.
What many people don't know is that in most communities of Xiaoyun Road, except for No.8 Xiaoyun Road, the house price is less than half that of Xicheng School District.
I can't find the right word to describe Xiaoyun Road.
