The selection of college graduate soldiers to be promoted shall be carried out in accordance with the standard conditions stipulated in the Interim Measures for Selecting Officers from College Graduate Soldiers. The following seven basic conditions should be met:

1, firm political stance, excellent military quality, solid cultural foundation, potential for development, and voluntary dedication to national defense.

3. Education:

(1) Graduates who took the national unified entrance examination for ordinary colleges and universities, were approved in advance by the admissions offices of provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government), were admitted in the first and second batches, and obtained full-time undergraduate degrees and bachelor's degrees (including those who joined the army in the graduation year and obtained academic qualifications and degrees during their service, the graduation year is the last year of the standard academic system).

(2) Graduates who have participated in the national unified entrance examination for colleges and universities, were admitted to the third batch of undergraduate courses by the Provincial Admissions Office, obtained full-time undergraduate degrees and bachelor's degrees (hereinafter referred to as the three) and performed particularly well during their service.

(3) Postgraduates must take the national unified postgraduate entrance examination and obtain a full-time postgraduate degree.

(4) those who have graduated from college, who have graduated more or less than the normal academic system according to the regulations on student status management, and soldiers who have no military graduates in military academies (such as military correspondence, entrusted training, self-study exams, adult education, etc.). Those who have been admitted to the provincial admissions office within the scope of the plan of the Ministry of Education and have obtained a degree and passed the higher education certification.

4. Have been enlisted in the army for more than 1.5 years (those who joined the army in the graduation school year should serve for more than 1.5 years after obtaining the academic degree certificate), and have worked in the recommended brigade (regiment) level unit for more than half a year.

5, good performance in reality, was rated as good soldier or brigade (regiment) level units as advanced individuals; Under the age of three, college graduates and troops who have not graduated should also serve as squad leaders or vice squad leaders, or be awarded third-class merit or above, or be rated as military training pacesetters by units above the brigade (regiment) level.

6, undergraduate graduation age is not more than 26 years old, graduate graduation age is not more than 29 years old. Those who have won the award of merit citation class II or above, who are regarded as major models and commended as heroes by units above the corps level, who are serving in the garrison in ethnic minority areas in hard and remote areas of the country and are ethnic minorities, can be relaxed 1 year.

7, physical and mental health, in line with military academies to recruit students physical examination standards. This year, the military region will unify and coordinate relevant local units to issue admission batch certificates and academic certification reports to college graduates.
