If one of the parents is in the countryside, as long as one of the parents is a rural hukou, and the children under the knee are unmarried or have no fixed job, 18 years old can directly move back to the hukou; Age 18, but did not continue to study, need to provide proof of unemployment and unmarried;

Those who have lived in rural areas for a long time but have moved out of their accounts, and those who have lived in rural areas for a long time but have moved out of their accounts, need to provide their immediate family members or their own house property certificates or contracted land use certificates;
5. If the military account has been moved out, the account will not be moved during the enlistment period, and it is still in the village;
6. Persons who have reached the statutory retirement age of the country and whose original household registration is in rural areas, who are retired or temporarily dissolved by their current work units or laid off in advance, may apply for relocation with relevant information. If such people have a house in the village now, they can apply to move their hukou back to the countryside.
