Three themes * * * Discussion on communication, cooperation and prosperity

Second, the theme design is more targeted. It is understood that on the basis of continuing to use the theme of the previous two forums "* * to build a new growth pole of China-ASEAN", according to the new situation of world economic development and regional cooperation, the subtitle of this forum is determined as "communication, cooperation and prosperity"; Three topics, namely "Pan-Beibu Gulf Economic Cooperation under the Background of Unbalanced and Uncertain World Economic Development", "Key Difficulties and Trends of Pan-Beibu Gulf Sub-regional Cooperation" and "Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone Open Development and Pan-Beibu Gulf Economic Cooperation", were identified, which not only maintained the continuity and continuity of the forum discussion, but also reflected the in-depth and development of understanding research.

Overseas institutions and media are pouring in, becoming more international.

The one-and-a-half-day Fifth Pan-Beibu Gulf Economic Cooperation Forum 13 ended in Nanning, a green city. As the first forum held after the formal establishment of China-ASEAN Free Trade Area, this forum reached broad consensus on cooperation in transportation, industry and investment, and the Pan-Beibu Gulf regional cooperation opened a new voyage.

Pan-Beibu Gulf Economic Cooperation includes China, Viet Nam and seven neighboring countries across the sea, including Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, the Philippines and Brunei. Over the past five years, under the impetus of the Pan-North Forum, the cooperation mechanism has been gradually established, the areas of cooperation have been continuously expanded, and the level of cooperation has been continuously improved. Pan-North Forum has become another important platform for China-ASEAN open cooperation.

At the forum, relevant national think tanks in the Pan-Beibu Gulf issued a joint initiative to promote the construction of the Nanning-Singapore Economic Corridor. Participants suggested setting up a joint expert group on Nanning-Singapore Economic Corridor, establishing a government cooperation mechanism, holding a forum on Nanning-Singapore Economic Corridor, speeding up the construction of cross-border economic cooperation zone between China and Vietnam and the open development of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone, and striving for Nanning-Singapore Economic Corridor to become a sub-regional cooperation project under the framework of "10+ 1" between China and ASEAN.

The forum also held the "Dialogue between Beibu Gulf and Fortune 500 Enterprises", in which the heads of 22 multinational companies and mayors of four cities in Beibu Gulf Economic Zone participated.
