Jinan University and Qingdao University are both comprehensive universities, and Qingdao University was merged by six or seven universities around 1993. Jinan University was renamed from the former Jinan Institute of Architecture 1999 or so. They are about the same size. The admission score is related to the enrollment plan and the number of applicants. Relatively speaking, the main difference between the two lies in the geographical gap. Jinan is very hot, while Qingdao is warm in winter and cool in summer. If you like the sea, choose Qingdao University, which is near the sea. Personally, I still like Qingdao University. But Jinan University, the capital of Shandong Province, has advantages in other aspects.
