Double degree/minor: this is a common name in China, but it is actually a minor degree. China's colleges and universities refer to the foreign "double degree" system and innovate their own new system of awarding degrees.
After all the requirements are met, the undergraduate diploma and degree certificate of general higher education uniformly produced, authorized and registered by the Ministry of Education are obtained, and at the same time, the minor certificate of another subject (minor diploma) issued by colleges and universities and the double bachelor's degree certificate (minor diploma) issued by colleges and universities are obtained. Those who fail to meet the requirements for applying for a bachelor's degree can get a minor diploma (minor certificate and minor completion certificate).
Therefore, whether it is the so-called "double degree" or "minor", the graduation certificate indicates the minor major on the first professional certificate, that is, two majors, or the minor major certificate is issued by the school, but the certificate number is not the unified number of the Ministry of Education, and the minor major diploma is not registered electronically. A degree certificate is to indicate the degree of the second major on the first degree certificate, that is, two degrees. Or the school independently issues a bachelor's degree certificate in minor subjects.
