1. Qin Dahe
Qin Dahe, 1947 to 1 was born in Lanzhou City, Gansu Province. He is a glaciologist and climatologist, academician of China Academy of Sciences and Third World Academy of Sciences, researcher and doctoral supervisor of Institute of Environment and Engineering in Cold and Arid Regions of Chinese Academy of Sciences, and honorary director of State Key Laboratory of Cryosphere Science.

2. Liu Renhuai
