Under the condition of market economy, people are too eager for the happiness and happiness brought by material and money, so wearing famous brands and using high-grade products has gradually become the fashion pursued by college students. Due to the difference of family economic conditions, there is a big gap between students' material conditions, and some students with poor conditions blindly compare with each other, seeking excitement and satisfying pleasure. When the expenses provided by the family can't meet the demand, the self-income ability is extremely low, and there is a strong material temptation, some college students with weak self-control ability will choose shortcuts and illegal means to get rich quickly without investment, thus embarking on the road of crime.
3. The crime of sexual assault continues to increase.
Sexual crime refers to sexual intercourse or non-sexual intercourse that people deliberately take against the opposite sex or the same sex, which violates their human rights, hinders and destroys social order and social interpersonal relationships, driven by sexual instinct or under the control of anti-social consciousness. 4. Gang crimes are repeatedly prohibited.

Criminal college students have their own characteristics in thoughts, concepts, thinking levels and behavior patterns, which are more regular, premeditated and intelligent than ordinary juvenile delinquency. The intellectualization of college students' crimes is characterized by more mature criminal skills, more sophisticated criminal means and methods, more advanced criminal tools, more stable criminal psychological structure and more mature criminal psychology. In the process of committing crimes, we pay great attention to giving full play to our intellectual advantages and making full use of the functions of psychology, logic and science and technology in committing crimes.
