Li Qiang, male,1was born in Bin County, Shaanxi Province on October 27th, 196 1. 1983 graduated from northwest university of politics and law (now northwest university of politics and law) with a bachelor's degree in economics. He is currently Professor northwest university of politics and law, Dean of the School of Economic Law, Dean of the School of Intellectual Property Law, Doctoral Supervisor of Economic Law and Director of the Financial Law Research Center.
