Second, if you are a college student, you should first inform the grade counselor. The general process of university suspension is as follows: first, go to the official website download area of your school's academic affairs office to find the suspension application form, download and print it.

Fill in the form and make a copy. Suggest four copies. (Generally, schools will ask the student registration office to keep one copy, the finance office to keep one copy, and the college counselor's office to keep one copy, just to be on the safe side. Maybe the regulations of each school will change slightly, but copying the form won't cost a few cents. In order to avoid printing back and forth many times, four copies are safer. )

Note: If you drop out of school, you need to contact the counselor and fill out a form with the contents of the courses and class hours you have attended. The finance department needs to use forms to collect the hours of the courses you took before dropping out of school this semester. Generally, universities will keep forms and collect them when you resume your studies.

Write a suspension application. If you want to take a gap year or start a business, you need to state the facts and be sincere. If you are sick, you need medical records, diagnosis certificates and doctor's opinions from the top three hospitals.

Some schools stipulate that parents need to know about the suspension of school, so parents must contact the counselor to explain the situation or write a parental consent form. If the school does not require parents to know, this step can be skipped.

The steps for graduate students to drop out of school are basically the same as above, and they need to contact their tutors or college leaders.

Divide the completed forms, application forms (medical records are needed for illness), parents' love letters and class schedules (only for students who have dropped out of school) into four copies and bind them into volumes.

Take the materials to the counselor, who agrees and signs them, and leave a copy of the materials for the record.
