Treatment of orbital tumors
1. Surgical treatment of both benign and malignant orbital tumors, surgical resection of tumors is the most commonly used and effective method. It is suitable for more than 95% orbital tumors, such as orbital meningioma, orbital cavernous hemangioma, lacrimal gland tumor, optic glioma, optic neurilemmoma, orbital dermoid cyst and so on. 2. Radiotherapy is suitable for orbital malignant tumor and metastatic cancer, such as orbital metastasis of breast cancer, lung cancer and renal cancer, and adjuvant treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma spreading to orbit and after tumor resection. 3. Drug therapy is ineffective for most orbital tumors. For those who can't tolerate surgery or radiotherapy, and the effect is not good, you can choose drug treatment.
