What impressed you the most about the hometown specialties brought by college students?
When I was in college, there were four people in our dormitory, from Guizhou, Sichuan and Heilongjiang, which were worlds apart. Of course, every time I start school, as a local baby, I can eat delicious food from all over the country in my dormitory. To say that this most impressive specialty is a kind of food called Diradish in Guizhou, with fresh spring mud on its skin. You can easily peel off the skin with your hands, and it is crisp and sweet with a bite. The most important thing is that it is full of water. This is just love. My roommate will bring it to me every holiday. I only eat it as fruit. Later, I looked it up on the Internet. It turns out that radish is a leguminous plant, also called sweet potato, cold potato and kudzu potato. So it seems to be a vegetable. I suggest that friends who go to Guizhou must try it.
