First, the correct use of power supply
In the dormitory, we should consciously abide by the relevant regulations of dormitory management, and do not pull, pull or connect wires indiscriminately; Don't lead the patch panel to flammable places such as beds, and don't use public power without permission. At the same time, avoid socket connection or overload use. Plugging and unplugging will cause the wires of the main socket to bear excessive current. Excessive current will lead to overheating of the wire, which may burn the insulation of the wire and cause a fire.
Second, it is forbidden to use open flames.
No open flames are allowed in the student dormitory. The student dormitory is small in space, and many flammable items such as books, clothes and bedding are stored. Improper handling can easily lead to dormitory fires and casualties.
Three, prohibit the use of illegal electrical appliances.
The use of illegal electrical appliances can easily lead to wire overload, increased current, wire heating and accelerated aging of insulation layer. When the temperature exceeds 250℃, the insulation layer will spontaneously ignite and separate from the wire, resulting in short circuit and fire accident. Secondly, the power supply lines and power distribution facilities in student dormitories are relatively weak, so it is objectively not allowed to use high-power illegal appliances.
Fourth, people have no electricity.
After leaving the dormitory, please turn off the computer, air conditioner and other electrical appliances, and turn off the socket switch. Electrical appliances in standby state not only consume electricity, but also may cause fire when used for a long time, which has potential safety hazards.
