I have always been very interested in technology. I read Tsinghua University's introduction in a book. I know that Tsinghua is the best university in China, and engineering in Tsinghua ranks first in the world. From then on, I had a dream to be admitted to Tsinghua University and realize my dream of science and technology.

In order to further deepen my understanding of Tsinghua University, my parents took me to Beijing and visited Tsinghua University this summer.

When I came to Tsinghua University, the first thing I saw was a tall gatehouse, which was engraved with four vigorous and powerful characters: Tsinghua University. According to my parents, these four words were written by Grandpa Chairman Mao.

Walking into the campus, Tsinghua University is as big as a park. There are towering trees and green grass everywhere. A small river shuttles through the campus and there is a big lotus pond. My parents told me that this is the place described in Grandpa Zhu Ziqing's Moonlight on the Lotus Pond. Rows of OPPO villas on campus are covered with Parthenocissus tricuspidata, which complement the modern tall teaching building. There are 20 colleges on campus. There are three student canteens, five student apartments and the largest library in China. In this quiet and beautiful environment, students will be able to calm down and study.

Tsinghua is named after Tsinghua, Shui Mu, so it is very civilized here. There is a big stone tablet engraved with Tsinghua's school emblem and Tsinghua's school motto, which symbolizes Tsinghua's pursuit and spirit.

Tsinghua University, known as the cradle of red engineers, has trained countless world celebrities and great scientists, such as Deng Jiaxian, the father of two bombs, Qian Xuesen, the father of Chinese missiles, Hua, a modern mathematician, Qian Sanqiang, a nuclear physicist, and a Nobel Prize winner.

Through this trip to Tsinghua, I have a deeper understanding and yearning for Tsinghua. I will study hard, be admitted to Tsinghua University, learn the most advanced scientific and technological knowledge here, realize my dream of Tsinghua and science and technology, and contribute my strength to the prosperity of the motherland and the progress of mankind!
