3. Applicants must complete their dissertations within five years from the date of entering the seminar (starting from September 1 day of the year of enrollment), submit an application for dissertation defense, and enter the defense procedure. If the applicant fails to complete the above links within five years, the application will be invalid. Applicants must pay the preliminary examination fee and thesis defense fee when applying for a degree. 4. Applicants must have achieved results in the major or similar fields for which they have applied for the degree, and formally publish academic papers related to the applied professional fields in academic journals with official serial numbers as the first author during the study period of the seminar.
Applicants must not cheat in the exams organized by schools and the state, otherwise this application will be invalid.
6. Applicants may not apply to more than two degree-granting units at the same time.
7. According to the relevant regulations of the state, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan and foreigners cannot apply for a master's degree in the same way as graduate schools because they have other ways to obtain a master's degree.
