Qihe County is located in the northwest plain of Shandong Province, on the north bank of the Yellow River, across the river from Jinan, the provincial capital, and H kilometers away from downtown Jinan. The county has jurisdiction over 9 towns and 5 townships, and 10 14 administrative villages, with a total population of 6 10000 and a total area of14/km2.

According to the textual research of unearthed large objects, as early as four or five thousand years ago, there were clans living in Qihe. In Qin dynasty, a county was set up, and in Song dynasty, it was called Qihe County. The county seat was the fief of Yan Ying in the Spring and Autumn Period, hence the name "Yan", and it was called "Yancheng" when the city was built and the house was repaired.

Qihe County is the nearest satellite city to Jinan, with superior geographical position and convenient transportation. The Beijing-Shanghai and Han Ji railways meet here; Jingfuji expressway, National Highway 308, Provincial Highway 804, 00 1, 0 14 run through the county. It takes only 4 hours to Beijing, 3.5 hours to Qingdao Port, and 3 days to export goods to Rimu and South Korea. It takes about 30 minutes by car from the county seat to Jinan International Airport.

Qihe River is rich in natural resources. The county is 62.5 kilometers along the Yellow River, and draws 250 million cubic meters of water from the Yellow River every year, with a groundwater reserve of 2.5 billion cubic meters, with good water quality. The power supply is sufficient, and it is supplied by Jinan and Dezhou in both directions, and the electricity price is cheap. Underground resources include coal, oil, iron and mineral water, of which coal reserves are 6 billion tons. Qihe has outstanding people, including Yan Ying in ancient times, Shi Chuanxiang, a famous national model worker, Xia, an advanced individual in price, Li Kaiyun, one of the top ten civil servants in China, and Li Runxi, an advanced individual in family planning in China.

Qihe Campus of Agricultural Cadre College: Agricultural Cadre College is a public college with strong teachers, guaranteed teaching quality and good employment rate. The college has two campuses, Jinan and Jibei, with a campus area of 870 mu, of which Jibei Campus has more than 2,000 mu of training base and a construction area of more than 250,000 square meters. There are 375 full-time teachers, including 3 professors, 84 associate professors, 6 doctors and 87 masters. The library has more than 6 1 0,000 paper books, more than 700 electronic books and 4 1 0.23 million teaching equipment.
