Amur National University, located in Blagoveshchensk, the capital of Amur State, is one of the largest and fastest-growing universities in the Far East. There are 700 teachers in the school, including 30 professors and doctors and 0/30 associate professors. There are more than 7,000 students, and about 1300 new students are admitted every year. Amur National University has 10 departments and 40 majors.

The registration time for freshmen is from June 20th to July 25th every year.
