The "3+ 1+ 1" project is a Sino-foreign joint training project jointly established by the National University of Singapore, Suzhou Research Institute of the National University of Singapore and domestic cooperative universities. For domestic excellent undergraduate students, the project has formulated a learning mode of three-year domestic undergraduate course, 1 year bridging course and 1 year master course.
It mainly involves electronics, microelectronics, information and communication engineering and other related majors, aiming at cultivating world-class professional innovative talents by relying on the integration and innovation of superior resources of China and New Zealand. Among them, the undergraduate diploma is awarded by domestic universities, and the master diploma is awarded by New China University.

Requirements for Sino-foreign joint training:
1. Undergraduate students jointly trained are admitted by the recipient universities and registered electronically. The training plan is jointly formulated and implemented by the supporting and aided universities; Graduation certificates and degree certificates are issued by the recipient universities, indicating the joint training of the two universities, and supporting universities to stamp their seals for recognition.
2. The majors, numbers and methods of joint training can be agreed by both supporting universities and recipient universities, and the enrollment indicators are arranged within the scale of the enrollment plan of recipient universities issued by the state.
3 recipient universities should strengthen the enrollment publicity in relevant areas, and explain the joint training of related majors and supporting universities in the enrollment regulations. Supporting universities should cooperate with recipient universities to jointly manage students' status.
