North university of china is a university jointly established by Shanxi Provincial People's Government, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and National Bureau of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense. It is a key construction university in Shanxi Province and is known as the "First School of People's Military Industry". The school is a member of the Board of Directors of B8 Collaborative Innovation Alliance, a basic capacity-building project of universities in the Midwest and an excellent engineer education and training program.
The fact that north university of china is not listed as a 2 1 1 or 985 university does not mean that north university of china has no advantages or characteristics.
