The driver test (motor vehicle driver test) is a qualification test held by the vehicle management office of the Public Security Bureau. People who have not obtained legal driving qualifications are not allowed to drive motor vehicles on the road, otherwise they will be severely punished.
Holders of motor vehicle driver's licenses outside China meet the driving license requirements stipulated by the public security department of China, and can issue motor vehicle driver's licenses in China if they pass the examination by the traffic management department of the public security organ.
A person who meets the requirements of the driver's license stipulated by the public security department of our country, if he wants to obtain a motor vehicle driver's license, must first receive driver training and then pass the examination of the traffic management department of the public security organ before he can obtain a motor vehicle driver's license.
The examination contents of motor vehicle drivers are divided into road traffic safety laws and regulations and related knowledge examination subjects (hereinafter referred to as "subject 1"), venue driving skills examination subjects (hereinafter referred to as "subject 2") and road driving skills and safe and civilized driving common sense examination subjects (hereinafter referred to as "subject 3").
Applicants can make an appointment to take the road driving skills test in subject 2 or subject 3 after passing the exam in subject 1. Where conditions permit, the applicant can make an appointment for the road driving skills test of subject 2 and subject 3 at the same time, and can take the test continuously after the appointment is successful.
