Generally, you will be fined for putting things in the car in the following situations:
1. Remove the seat for loading;
2. The pile in the trunk blocks the view of the rear windshield;
There are so many things piled up in the trunk that the door can't be closed.
Why can't I put mineral water in the trunk?
Mineral water can be put in the suitcase. Whether it is because "three boxes of water in the trunk are punished" or because "exposure of mineral water will cause cancer", mineral water can be put in the trunk.
As for "three boxes of water in the trunk are fined": According to Article 54 of the Regulations on the Implementation of Road Traffic Safety, only passenger cars use places other than the trunk and the roof rack to load goods, which is considered as "mixed loading of passengers and goods" and will be punished. It's not illegal to just pack mineral water in the trunk. (Passenger and freight mixed loading refers to passenger car loading and truck manned. )
As for "mineral water will cause cancer after exposure", some experts pointed out that whether mineral water bottles will precipitate harmful substances when exposed to high temperature has a lot to do with the materials used to make mineral water bottles. At present, most mineral water bottles are made of PET (polyethylene terephthalate). Generally speaking, when the temperature is lower than120 C, PET materials are very safe. The temperature in the trunk of a car obviously can't reach such a high temperature, and there is no scientific basis for saying that mineral water in the trunk is toxic and carcinogenic.
