The liaison director has a good attitude, but he was told a poor figure of annual publicity funds ... It turns out that the school really invested most of the funds in student recruitment, talent introduction and scientific research. It can be seen from this point that Shanxi University is really a treasure school that can only do things badly and only publicize.
