According to the discipline training objectives, graduates majoring in intellectual property can engage in intellectual property management in government departments, scientific research institutions and enterprises, and engage in intermediary services and legal services for intellectual property transactions, with broad employment prospects:

1. State administrative organs such as intellectual property (patent) administrative department, press and publication (copyright) administrative department, industrial and commercial administration (trademark) administrative department, and cultural market administrative department;

2. Intellectual property work of judicial departments such as public security bureau, procuratorate and court;

3. Intellectual property management of industrial and commercial enterprises;

4. Intellectual property legal services, such as law firms;

5. Intermediary services such as intellectual property consulting and agency, such as the Intellectual Property Office;

6. Scientific research management of scientific research institutes;

7. Management of cultural industry and network service industry.
