If you really want to study, I suggest regular colleges and universities, Yantai University is not so good. The better ones in China are Dalian Maritime, Shanghai Maritime, Wuhan Institute of Technology, Xiamen Jimei and Qingdao Ocean Shipping Academy (the majors of marine engineering and driving are better than Dalian Maritime).
