Chen Kaizhi, male, Han nationality, 1940 was born in Shangen Village, Zhen 'an Town, Yun 'an County, Yunfu City, Guangdong Province on March 26th. June 1960 joined the China * * * production party, and August 1964 joined the work. He graduated from South China Normal University with a bachelor's degree in political education. He was the chairman of the 9th CPPCC Guangzhou Committee. He is currently the vice president of China Foundation for Poverty Alleviation and the chairman of Guangdong Foreign Cultural Exchange Center.

Member of the 9th and 10th CPPCC, member of the 6th, 7th, 8th and 9th CPPCC, member of the Standing Committee of the 6th, 8th and 9th CPPCC, deputy of the 10th, 11th and 12th Municipal People's Congress, member and member of the Standing Committee of the 9th CPPCC.
