Legal analysis: Postgraduate league members who have not found a job destination can apply to the temporary league branch of the township street where the student's household registration is located, the student's hometown or the parents' residence for transferring the league relationship through the "Smart League Building" system.

The transfer of the relationship between graduate students' league organizations can be made by applying for the original school league organization, transferring to the league organization or individual members, and transferring to the league organization of study, work unit or residence through the "Smart League Construction" system. League organizations at all levels shall, after receiving the application for transfer on the "Smart League Building" system, conduct timely review according to the actual whereabouts of graduate students.

If conditions permit, you can also directly transfer the league organization relationship to the residence of graduate students or the village or community-level league organization where you and your parents live. After graduation, graduate students from ordinary colleges and secondary vocational schools whose employment destination has not yet been implemented may retain the league organization relationship in the original school.

Legal basis: Article 6 of the Constitution of the Socialist Youth League of China stipulates that when members are transferred from one grassroots organization to another, they must go through the formalities of organizational relationship transfer in time.
