The emblem of Tsinghua University University is a circular face composed of three concentric circles. Above and below the outer ring are English school names; Around the central government, there are two phrases, namely, "striving for self-improvement" and "carrying things by virtue", which are from the number of Gan Kun to Yi. These two phrases were first put forward by Mr. Liang Qichao when he gave a speech in Tsinghua on June 5, 2004 to encourage Tsinghua students. The prototype of the school emblem came from the military flag of Tsinghua Barracks.
