In order to improve the level of running a school, the college has hired Professor Yuan Yunfu from Tsinghua University Academy of Fine Arts, Professor Yuan Yunsheng from Central Academy of Fine Arts, Professor Xu Ping from Design College of Central Academy of Fine Arts, Professor Fan Ceng from Nankai University, Professor Wu Weishan from Art College of Nanjing University, Professor john young from China Art College, Professor Xi Ji Chuan from Nanjing Art College, Professor Ruan Rongchun from Art College of Shanghai University, Professor Xu Mangyao from Art College of Shanghai Normal University and Professor Xu Jian from Design College of Jiangnan University as part-time professors.
