First, the principle of recommendation

On the basis of the usual study assessment and comprehensive evaluation of candidates' scientific research ability, the assessment of candidates' professional interest, professional ability and scientific research innovation potential is highlighted.

Second, the organization and its responsibilities 1. The establishment of the school, college (department) two-level working group.

2. The school working group is headed by the vice president in charge of teaching, and its members are the heads of the academic affairs office, the student affairs office of the Party committee, the graduate school, the Commission for Discipline Inspection and other departments, and the heads of various colleges (departments) in charge of teaching. The school working group is responsible for formulating the measures for the implementation of the work of exemption students, allocating recommended places, determining the work schedule, examining and approving the working rules of the colleges (departments) of exemption students, and examining and approving the list of colleges (departments) of exemption students. Under the school working group, there is an office for exemption of students, which is located in the school registration management office of the Academic Affairs Office.

3. The working group of the college (department) is headed by the vice president in charge of teaching of the college (department), and the members are composed of 5-7 experts. 1. The 20 17 full-time undergraduate graduates registered in our school are not public-funded normal students, and they are not allowed to apply for graduate students during directional enrollment and entrusted training.

2. Abide by the law, have good moral character and good health, and have not received any punishment during school. Strong ability to analyze and solve problems, innovation and practice.

3. The score is in the top 30% of the major, and the first foreign language course, information technology course, professional basic course and professional main course are excellent.

4. The score of Band 4 is above 425 (music, art and sports colleges can appropriately lower the performance requirements and report to the school for review); Students in other languages must pass CET-4.

5. The ranking of professional achievements of the base class can be relaxed appropriately.

6. For those who have special advantages or outstanding training potential in professional learning, they can break through Article 3 and Article 4 of these recommendation conditions appropriately after being jointly recommended by more than three professors in our school and strictly examined by the school's exemption evaluation team, but the relevant certification materials of the letters of recommendation from students and professors should be publicized.

Fourth, the postgraduate category is exempted.

4. In any of the following circumstances, the qualification for admission to the exemption master's degree shall be cancelled:
