The Department of Mathematics has three undergraduate majors: Mathematics and Applied Mathematics, Information and Computing Science and Statistics. Among them, mathematics and applied mathematics are characteristic majors in Jiangsu province, brand majors in Jiangsu province and national characteristics majors, information and computing science is the construction point of characteristic majors in Jiangsu province, and statistics is a new major to meet the needs of society. The Department of Mathematics enrolls students by major category, and students choose their major and major direction after one and a half years' study. Professional direction mainly includes applied mathematics, basic mathematics, probability statistics, logistics and control, information and coding, signal and system, computer application, scientific calculation and financial statistics.
