In terms of self-evaluation, besides studying, college students also have various club activities, class activities and part-time activities. In this process, college students gradually know themselves and pay attention to the development of their learning and interpersonal skills. But sometimes it is one-sided and naive. If you can't evaluate yourself correctly and comprehensively, it is easy to feel inferior or conceited. In terms of interpersonal communication, in college, the relationship between students is relatively simple, and there is not much conflict of interest. However, complicated interpersonal relationships and various conflicts of interest in society will make college students at a loss. In social work, some students have outstanding performance in class and excellent test scores, but they often make mistakes in practical work, and their book knowledge is not well applied to practical work, so their practical ability is poor. At the same time, there is little teamwork. Many college students don't attach importance to teamwork and are too individualistic, so they lack the skills to cooperate with others. In terms of employment, professional literacy and skills training can't meet the professional needs, which leads to obstacles in college students' employment, difficulty in finding suitable jobs, or problems in their professional ability.
In the face of such a crisis, how can we improve? The growth of everyone and individuals is closely related to the social environment. If we want to grow up smoothly and healthily, we must go through the process of socialization. Socialization is a process in which minors and adults actively learn, accept and adapt to the existing culture of society, and constantly reduce naturalness and increase sociality, thus forming qualified or unqualified social members. College students should actively cultivate their social adaptability to meet the needs of social development for talents. In view of the above unsatisfactory social situation, I suggest the following improvement measures:
First, set up lofty ideals and make unremitting efforts for them.
The reason why we lack enthusiasm in learning is that there is no clear goal guidance. Ideal is the driving force of our life. Only by setting up lofty ideals can we find goals and motivation in our four-year study in college. At the same time, we also need perseverance to keep high spirits in the face of setbacks and difficulties.
Second, improve self-awareness and self-confidence.

In terms of self-cognition, college students often fall into two extreme misunderstandings, too high or too low self-evaluation, which are not conducive to their own development.
